Este rico helado de dulce de leche en thermomix lo hicimos en el taller de helados en Estepona. en thermomix facil es muy facil hacer el dulce de leche para luego hacer este rico helado rapido en thermomix.

Ingredientes:
200 GR. DE DULCE DE LECHE
200 GR. DE NATA LÍQUIDA
50 GR. AZÚCAR
125 GR. DE LECHE ENTERA
Preparación
1.
VASO DULCE DE LECHE, AZÚCAR Y LECHE ENTERA 3 minuto 70º velocidad 4 Y AÑADIMOS LA NATA Y MEZCLAMOS AL velocidad 3.
2. Y METER EN EN CONGELADOR UNAS 8 HORAS. Y LUEGO SERVIR.
